Do you regularly carry out visual inspections on your appliances?
How often are you checking your electrical equipment? You should be carrying out visual inspections every time you use your equipment. You need to look at the cables to make sure there is no damage to the cable. You may wish to keep a record of every time you inspect your equipment.
If you do spot anything make sure you get it checked.
